We’re awarding $50–$500 weekly prizes to the funniest, most creative, and most reacted-to videos — plus a planned $1,000 Grand Prize during or at the end of the promotion. The total prize pool for this promotion will not exceed $5,000.

This contest may run for multiple weeks. Slice may pause, modify, or end the promotion at any time.

How to Enter

1. Download the Slice app (iOS or Android).
2. Create an account with Gmail (or log in if you already have one).
3. Update your profile so we know who you are.
4. Post your funny video (10 seconds or less).
5. Give your video a title.
6. Turn on Get Reaction so others can interact.
7. Add the hashtag #ReactionContest to your video description.

Official Rules

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States.
• Must be 13 years of age or older to enter. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian consent before any prize is awarded.
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.

Contest Period

Weekly awards during the promotion window as announced by Slice. Slice may pause, modify, or end the promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

How to Enter

• Post an eligible video (≤ 10 seconds) in Slice with #ReactionContest and Get Reaction turned on.
• Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be unique and comply with these Rules.
• Entries must comply with Slice community guidelines and applicable laws (no illegal, obscene, hateful, harassing, or infringing content).

Parental Consent for Entrants 13–17

If a selected winner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before any prize (cash or gift card) is awarded. Consent may be provided by posting a video reaction within the Slice app to the entrant’s contest video that:

1. Shows the parent/guardian’s face on camera and clearly audible voice.
2. States the parent/guardian’s full name and the child’s full name.
3. Includes the statement: “I am the parent/guardian of [Child’s Full Name], and I give permission for them to participate in the Slice Reaction Contest and receive any prize they may win.”

This parental reaction must be posted in the Loop chat connected to the entrant’s video. All reactions posted to the Loop are stored on Slice’s servers for verification. If verifiable consent is not received within a reasonable time, an alternate winner may be selected.

Parent Consent Script (Example)

“Hi, my name is [Parent’s Full Name], and I am the parent/guardian of [Child’s Full Name]. I give permission for them to participate in the Slice Reaction Contest and receive any prize they may win.”

Winner Selection & Odds

• Weekly winners are selected by Slice in its discretion based on creativity, humor, quality of reactions (including authenticity and engagement), and overall impact.
• Odds depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received each week.
• Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility, identity, and compliance with these Rules.

Grand Prize

• Slice plans to award one (1) $1,000 Grand Prize during or at the end of the promotion.
• The Grand Prize recipient will be selected by Slice in its discretion from among eligible entries (including, but not limited to, weekly winners and high-performing entries) based on the same criteria used for weekly winners.
• If the promotion ends early or circumstances require, Slice may modify, delay, or cancel the Grand Prize in its discretion.

Prizes & Fulfillment

• Weekly awards of $50–$500 each via electronic payment or gift card (method at Slice’s discretion).
• Planned Grand Prize: one (1) $1,000 prize.
• Total promotion payouts will not exceed $5,000.
• Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions except at Slice’s discretion. Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees.
• If a selected winner is under 18, prize fulfillment will occur only after parental consent is verified (see above).

Content License & Publicity

By submitting an entry, you represent that you own or have rights to the content and grant Slice a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute your entry (including your name, handle, and likeness) for contest operation, promotion, and advertising without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Conduct & Disqualification

Slice may disqualify entries that are incomplete, non-compliant, misleading, infringing, generated by bots/automation, or otherwise violate these Rules or community guidelines. Slice may moderate, remove, or report content that violates law or policy.

Privacy

Information you provide is processed in accordance with Slice’s Privacy Policy. All Loop reactions are stored on Slice’s servers for moderation and verification purposes, including parental consent verification where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Slice is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incompatible, or incomplete entries; network, platform, or device issues; or any technical, typographical, or human errors. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Slice from any claims arising out of participation or prize receipt, except where prohibited.

Right to Modify/Terminate

Slice reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest (including prize amounts and schedule) at any time for any reason, including if fraud or technical issues impair integrity or proper functioning.
